I was introduced two Christmasses ago to something called Sangria, but alas, I couldn't try it, since I'm allergic to certain wine making materials. I've always wanted to though. This Christmas, my mom sent me 4 litres of homemade wine that she's made herself; it has no extra chemicals at all, so I can drink it with impunity. Finally having the right ingredients, I decided to make my own Sangria and try it out. Wine, rum, fruit and 3 days later, I had a fresh jug ready to go. And floating in the top, was one of these guys. Supposedly, the fruit are the best part, but I'm not holding my breath. And if you're wondering, this is what a grape looks like after soaking in alcohol and water for 3 days. :)
