This is the Aberdeen Pavilion, a large Victorian style exhibition hall that's located in Ottawa. Previously I had thought this was a big church, but I've been since corrected that the building is not.

(I had also previously through it was spelt "pavillon", though I think that was mostly due to lack of sleep)
